Welcome the June edition of my newsletter.  I was delighted with the reaction to my latest commission which was unveiled in Leeds at the end of May and is the main feature of this month’s edition.  I also hope to produce further still-life paintings during the summer and will be exhibiting these on my website and at The Grocery Gallery.

Emma Beith became the first President of the Leeds Metropolitan University Athletic Union in 2005 and has had an outstanding two years in office.  To mark Emma’s excellent contribution to sports and the university, Charlotte was commissioned to paint her portrait and the unveiling took place at the end of May during the inaugural Athletic Union Sports Awards held at Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
