Text Box: Portrait of the Rt Rev Richard Harries, Bishop of Oxford

Text Box: The Rev Richard Harries was consecrated as Bishop of Oxford 19 years ago.  In preparation for his retirement this year, a special farewell service was held at Christ Church Cathedral in April.  The portrait of the Bishop, commissioned by the Diocese of Oxford, was unveiled at a ceremony after the service.  The Bishop was also presented with a small painted study (see link) and the portrait will hang in the Diocesan Church House.

Text Box: Charlotte will be exhibiting a number of pieces at the exhibition in the school library from 11th to 20th July within school hours.  The exhibition will bring together a selection of work compiled by teachers and students as well as local artists.  Please contact the school for opening hours.
